Returns policy   -  Refundable Items. Kamset Digital wants all its customers to be totally satisfied with their purchases. Your purchase is guaranteed to be free of any manufacturer’s defects. If such defects exist or goods have been damaged in transit you must notify Kamset Digital within 7 working days of receiving your product. Please call on 01268 820222 or email sales@kamset.co.uk. We will then notify you of our returns procedure. If the customer fails to notify Kamset Digital within 7 working days of delivery, Kamset Digital does not accept responsibility for the goods being defective or damaged. We are unable to refund carriage costs. Non Refundable Items Digital images purchased from this website are non refundable.  If the purchased image is corrupt or a CD is not recognized by a computer or other reading device, a replacement will be provided at no cost to the customer.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction The use of this website and any agreements entered into through this website are to be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The courts of England are to have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or any agreement made through this website.
