please log in to the website and submit your photos or artwork file. if you have not purchased canvas, foamex or other print from this website, please type in the size required and material to be used in part2 of this form. we will take care of the rest.

artwork instructions
- if you are creating artwork using various software applications
artwork does NOT need to be made to full size. We recommend creation at 25% of the finished size - please keep dimensions in proportion to the finished artwork size i.e. if you require an A1 poster you can make the artwork A4 size and we will enlarge to the correct size - we have templates for most of the exhibition systems in Quark Xpress which you can download or we can email them to you

important notes
all colours within the document should be CMYK - we convert all other colour formats including Pantone colours to CMYK - allow 2mm bleed where text or pictures bleed off of edges - we recommend logos be created in Illustrator, Freehand or Corel Draw and vectorised. Change any fonts to vectors and save artwork as EPS or native application format. This provides better quality at any size than scanned logos or type

recommended scanning instructions
scanned colour images should be supplied as CMYK .tif or .eps - RGB scans will be output as CMYK as the printing inks are CMYK - therefore please be aware of potential colour changes - convert RGB images to CMYK for best results - scanned images should be approx 100dpi at actual size of print. Lineart (i.e. bitmap) scans to be approx 150dpi at actual size - greyscale scans to be approx 100dpi at actual size - having recommended the above we can output A4 documents (containing scanned images at 300dpi) up to 6 times their size without discernible loss of quality

file conversions
if you need help with conversion of any of the above packages to  hi-res print ready PDF for any other uses ie litho printing - or adverts for publications, cost from £1 per page for  mono or £5 per page for colour, (min order charge £20).  We also supply file conversion service for the more unusual software packages and have applications going back many years. We also have ADS (Artwork Delivery Service) for those publications still demanding adverts be supplied via ADS (min charge £20) - we can also backsave from later versions to earlier versions of all the above software packages - costs from £1 per page for  mono or £5 per page for colour, (min order charge £20).  Some conversions need a multi-stage process and may incur additional cost, we are happy to quote/advise.
